The National Wild Turkey Federation and Forever Wild Adventures are partnering to create a one-of-a-kind PLAYDAY for parents/grandparents and their children. Learn how to enjoy the outdoors with your youngster. NWTF staff will guide parents and children in hands-on play:
· BB Air Rifle Shooting Range · Outdoor skills · 3D Archery Course · Fishing · Build a fire, cook s’mores! This event is designed for ELEMENTARY/MIDDLE SCHOOL-aged children and their parents/grandparents. Bring your camera! |

Arrive by 10:15 a.m. Event runs from 10:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Meet at National Wild Turkey Federation 770 Augusta Rd, Edgefield, SC 29824 **Bring your own packed lunch/drink.** Cost: $35 per adult, $10 per child (Adult ticket includes a Forever Wild Parenting book!) |
We've planned this event to give an introductory experience to the National Wild Turkey Federation.
We would like to personally introduce you to our friends at the NWTF who have an outstanding outdoor program. In the future, this can be a place you can go to take your family on a dove shoot, quail hunt, deer hunt...or even a day fishing. We want to create an event where you feel comfortable accessing this resource that many don't even know about!
Not totally comfortable handling a gun or teaching your child how to hunt and want to learn? No problem. This day is designed just for you. The NWTF staff is geared up and ready to teach our adults how to do these outdoor activities with your kids. This truly is the day to learn.
If you want to give your kids a wonderful childhood memory outdoors, come join us!
***Participants MUST pre-register for us to properly prepare. Space is limited. Registration will close when teaching capacity is reached or on September 19, 2015.
