Why I chose to become a Norwex Consultant: 

  • LOVE – Because I love people and I’m tired of watching the enemy steal from them and deceive them into destroying themselves while I stand around and do nothing about it. It kills me that most people are completely unaware of the damage the toxic chemicals/products they’re putting in and on their bodies. If they knew, they would choose a different way. No one would intentionally poison themselves or their family. So Norwex is one part of a “calling” God has been searing on my heart for the past 5 years, and I don’t know how NOT to do something about it anymore. I’ve been silent long enough. And He said it was time to share.
  • Non-Toxic – Because I can clean 90% of my house with a cloth and water better than I could get it clean with any other product, chemical, or gizmo on the market. And the other 10%, I can use non-toxic enzyme-based cleaners that get to the root of the bacterial/microbe/dirt problem by eating it up, not just smearing it around! 
  • Gift – For me, Norwex was a gift. We were pregnant with our first child and our midwife sold us a Norwex cloth and told us about this 1/200th of a human hair silver-embedded microfiber that kills 99.9% of bacteria and that we could use this to clean our house instead of harsh chemicals—reminding us that the smells and toxins I was exposed to as a pregnant mom would go straight into our baby. “If you have a gift, it’s called a gift for a reason; you have to give it away.” – Simon Sinek  I remember leaving her house that day thinking about how HUGE of a gift that was for her to share that with us....I could have paid her $1000 for that cloth and I would have still FELT like it was a gift, because she was thinking about my unborn son, that precious baby inside me, and she was telling me a way I could protect him, take care of him better, and love him better---a way that I didn't know I could be doing. I remember the gratitude of that moment and how much more I have come to appreciate that gift through all these years of using Norwex.

Norwex gives me the opportunity to meet people I never would have met, or introduce that truth to people who may not yet feel comfortable coming to our Intentionally Alive retreats. It’s a way for me to take the first step towards new people in the comfort of their home and meet them where they are.
  • Balance – I was one of those women who got pregnant when she was just getting into her stride professionally. My husband and I decided being a full-time mom was more important than my corporate-America career, and I am 100% grateful for our decision. After our son started sleeping through the night and he began needing more social time with other children, I realized I also needed more balance in my life as a person. I needed a professional outlet to be able to use the skills, knowledge, and passion my career had previously developed within me. I needed to have consistent engagements with adults, challenging my mind, and doing something other than parenting that stirred my passion and drive. My business with Forever Wild Adventures and Norwex have actually made me a better mom already. I’m more focused when I’m with my son on playing, laughing, and helping him grow and develop. And when I’m “at work”—I’m all there…loving it!

What is Norwex?

Norwex has a line of commercial-grade silver-embedded microfiber (that is 1/200th the size of a strand of human hair) that allows you to safely and effectively clean your home with just water. The microfiber acts like velcro and picks up particles at the microbial level. Norwex also carries a full line toxin-free personal care products, as well as enzyme products for tougher cleaning challenges like inside the oven or toilet bowl.
